Our laboratory is certified by "Kharkiv Standard Metrology" state enterprise.
We produce rings on CGM equipment (Italy). The produced concrete rings are of high quality with strength characteristics higher than those produced in series. The products are moulded on low-slump concretes with low water-cement ratio. This ensures grade strength of M 350 - 400 in the finished product.
Our concrete rings have high frost resistance and water resistance.
Advantages of reinforced concrete rings produced on the Italian CGM line:
To increase the strength of the rings, polypropylene and basalt fibers are used in the concrete composition.
We also produce concrete rings according your specifications: including metal fibers and reinforcement based on your drawings, as well as positioning of technological holes.
Concrete rings dimensions:
Diameter of the reinforced concrete ring: from 0.6 meters to 2 meters.
Rings height: 300 mm, 600 mm, 900 mm.
Wall thickness of the ring with a diameter of 1 meter: 80 mm.
Wall thickness of the ring with a diameter of 1.5 meters: 95 mm.
Product advantages:
We also produce rings with and without lock. The rings are stacked during the erection and fastened to each other with a lock. The uppermost ring in this erection can be flat, so that the well cover fits as tightly as possible.
Advantages of polypropylene fiber.
Polypropylene fiber is evenly distributed throughout the entire concrete structure, ensuring a smooth and durable surface. Metal mesh and metal rings can stick out of the finished product during the traditional production. As a result, the well ring is susceptible to greater destruction if exposed to moisture.
